Airbus A380 Seats
The airline has updated all its Airbus A380s, so the older version of Suites Class is no longer available. The newer version is even more spacious, measuring just over 50 square feet per suite. It’s like having a mini-hotel room in the sky.
The swivel chair in your personalized cabin is metallic grey and can rotate 360 degrees, allowing you to enjoy the view from any direction. It does not convert into a flatbed, but that’s not a problem, as there is a separate area in your Suite specifically for sleeping.
Just to clarify, each suite on the flight will have both a chair and a separate bed instead of just a chair that converts into a bed.
The suite comes with a sliding door that offers some privacy, but it’s worth noting that the door doesn’t extend all the way to the floor or ceiling, so complete privacy may not be guaranteed.
Boeing 777 Seats
Although Singapore Airlines’ First Class on the Boeing 777 may not be as extravagant as Suites Class, it is still a high-quality experience.
One difference to note between the two is that First Class lacks the privacy of a sliding door. However, there are only four seats in a staggered arrangement, so you can still expect reasonable privacy.
