Simply Business Class is Simply the Best. We cannot fault the service provided and the deals are consistently better than we have received elsewhere. We have been dealing with Vitaliy who goes out of his way to help. He stays in touch and won’t give up until he finds the best business class deal for us. We have booked multiple flights with Simply Business Class and we will continue to use their services for years to come.

It's been over two years now, perhaps even more--time flying really does 'fly' and I have been able to do so with confidence and at great prices thanks to having discovered the service that SimplyBusinessClass offers. If this sounds like an Ad, it's actually not. It's just my enthusiasm. I've lost count of the number of international trips that Vitaliy has booked for me, and some to remote places, some with multi-cities. I have never been disappointed. And this past month, when having to fly for a family health emergency and facing one of those hellish travel delays, I knew I could call and would be helped. Having a real travel agent made all the difference. My main goal in using SimplyBusinessClass was to get the best possible price. And they certainly delivered. The price they arranged for a one-stop flight to Europe was just over half of what I could find in an exhaustive online search ... and the price I found was for a two-stop. What I hadn't counted on was the outstanding customer service. As my trip drew near, multiple people contacted me to wish me a good trip. And the day before I left on my trip, Vitaliy contacted me via e-mail to remind me that should any problems arise, he was available to take care of it. (I almost needed it because one of my flights was cancelled at the last minute, but luckily things worked out.) Vitaliy and another representative also contacted me after my return to see if all had gone well. The combination of great fares and stellar customer service makes SimplyBusinessClass stand out from the rest.

Myself and a friend booked flights for the first time with Vitaliy 2 years ago only to have them canceled due to covid. We decided to rebook earlier this year and couldn’t fault the service. Vitaliy was so easy to communicate with (despite the time difference between Aus and the US). He was on top of everything we requested, would let us know straight away if something wasn’t possible and was honest about it. Cant complain. I got to fly lay down class on Swiss Air and KLM from the US to Europe and back....neither were airlines I'd flown before. This was on short notice and the team worked really hard on the weekend, remotely to secure my flights. Will use again

I dealt with Oksana for a trip from Seattle to London for my wife's birthday. She researched and came up with many offers, significantly less expensive than we saw online. Ultimately, she booked us on a nonstop British Air flight from Vancouver. It was more expensive but given all the flight cancelations recently, I wanted to avoid connections. Even a simple round-trip nonstop, we saved vs. what I could do myself. Ultimately, the value was not in the cost savings at all, it was in knowing we had exhaustively explored the options available and made an informed decision. I had forgotten the peace-of-mind a good travel agent can deliver! We will definitely use them again!
