Cant complain. I got to fly lay down class on Swiss Air and KLM from the US to Europe and back....neither were airlines I'd flown before. This was on short notice and the team worked really hard on the weekend, remotely to secure my flights. Will use again

Simply Business Class is Simply the Best. We cannot fault the service provided and the deals are consistently better than we have received elsewhere. We have been dealing with Vitaliy who goes out of his way to help. He stays in touch and won’t give up until he finds the best business class deal for us. Been using SBC for business class flights for years. Fares are usually much better than retail, and always had great service from my agent, Vitaliy. You should definitely try SBC before booking flights online or with a travel agent.

SBC lives up to its name - they keep it "simple" and they get the job done. Vitalyi was very efficient and we got fares we were extremely comfortable with, a very good airline (SQ) and the whole exchange with SBC was seamless. Myself and a friend booked flights for the first time with Vitaliy 2 years ago only to have them canceled due to covid. We decided to rebook earlier this year and couldn’t fault the service. Vitaliy was so easy to communicate with (despite the time difference between Aus and the US). He was on top of everything we requested, would let us know straight away if something wasn’t possible and was honest about it.
