The price they arranged for a one-stop flight to Europe was just over half of what I could find in an exhaustive online search ... and the price I found was for a two-stop. What I hadn't counted on was the outstanding customer service. As my trip drew near, multiple people contacted me to wish me a good trip. And the day before I left on my trip, Vitaliy contacted me via e-mail to remind me that should any problems arise, he was available to take care of it. (I almost needed it because one of my flights was cancelled at the last minute, but luckily things worked out.) Vitaliy and another representative also contacted me after my return to see if all had gone well. The combination of great fares and stellar customer service makes SimplyBusinessClass stand out from the rest.

As I was booking relatively late (only four months in advance for the European summer) there was a bit of negotation about where I could fly into and where I could fly out of, and lining up those locations with the tour I would be joining for part of my trip.
