We decided back in October 2020, to try Simply Business Class, and we are cautious people and wondered if these very low fares were for real. Vitaliy, explained things, and we decided to book with them. Then Covid hit, and we wonder if we they would still be around in two years to use them for our flights. They communicated with us, and we waited Covid out and in March 2022, we rebooked our flights and finally went on our way. One or two times on our trip we needed to ask assistance, and Vitaliy, came back to us fairly promptly. So the customer service was very good. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.
