United Airlines Announces Major Expansion of International Routes from San Francisco.

United Airlines introducing nonstop year-round service from:

* SFO to Auckland, New Zealand;

* Tahiti, French Polynesia; and

* Amsterdam, Netherlands next year.

United will be the only United States-based carrier serving year-round service from SFO to Toronto and Melbourne. UA is adding seasonal nonstop service to New Delhi and a second daily flight to Seoul from San Francisco.

 

United Airlines is also abou to launch Melbourne-San Francisco flights

United Airlines will begin direct Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner flights between San Francisco and Melbourne flights October 29, 2019  taking the inflight Polaris Business Class seat experience on the 14 hour journey. Flight UA60 will be wheels-up at San Francisco at at 10.50pm three days each week on  Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday arriving into Melbourne two days later at 9.40am. On the return leg, Flight UA61 will depart Melbourne at 11.40am every Monday, Thursday and Saturday,  to reach San Francisco at 6.50am that same day.  United Airlines also extends its current seasonal 777-200ER service between San Francisco and Auckland that includes  Polaris 1-2-1 Business Class cabin configuration to operate all year round as of March 30, 2019.
